Transformational Affordable Housing Grant
7 Hermits at Haymeadow
We’re thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a Transformational Affordable Housing Grant (TAHG) from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA)! This grant is part of a statewide initiative led by the Division of Housing (DOH) and overseen by the State Housing Board, whose members are appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Colorado Senate.
The TAHG program is expected to create approximately 1,300 affordable housing units across Colorado, and we’re proud to contribute to this effort. Thanks to this grant, 4 of our 43 two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums at Haymeadow will be even more affordable, making homeownership more accessible for qualified buyers.
